Application Process

Thank you for your interest in our school. Admission is open to anyone who chooses the educational experience we offer and who is a good fit for our school as determined by the principal.

.

1. Visit our School

Please come in to see what Emmanuel is all about. In order to schedule a visit, please contact our Administrative Assistant, Sylvia. She may be contacted at 808-873-6334 or emmanuelmaui@yahoo.com.  During your visit you will have a chance to tour the school, meet some of the teachers, and find out about our programs. You may also schedule an appointment with our pastor if you have questions about our religious beliefs and teachings.

2. Apply

When you are ready to enroll, please fill out an application and records release form. The above forms, a copy of the student’s most recent test scores and report cards, and for children with special needs, a copy of the student’s Individual Education Plan should be submitted to the school office. Once the principal has determined that Emmanuel can meet the needs of the student, a testing session is set up. All new students entering grades 1 through 8 will be tested by the principal. The test is will last between 30 minutes and one hour depending on the grade level. There is a $40 fee for testing.

3. Register

Once we have reviewed all of your child’s information, you may be invited to register at Emmanuel. You will receive notification regarding your acceptance along with the necessary forms for enrollment. The final decision regarding enrollment is at the discretion of the principal.
